What levels should my party be roughly before I head to Fabul?

honestly? Doesn't matter. Just play through, if it's too hard for you, level up. While some people can do it at level 5, others can't do it a level 20 lol, so idk.

I'd say around this: Cecil lvl 14, Rosa lvl 13, Rydia lvl 14, Edward lvl 13, Yang whatever level really he rocks no matter what.
