No, I'm 99% sure it's www.freetranslations.com or something. I've seen this kind of dialect before.

Considering that he's using words that aren't even words, I would blame a really crappy translator.

Those are likely Italian words that either aren't in the translator's vocabulary or are spelled wrong.
