I played Guild Wars for a few weeks when it first came out. It didn't take me long to realize how limited the game was, and delete it from my hard drive.

I still play it from time to time. My guild used to kick ass but most of the experienced players left so I'm looking for a new one now.

Once I had played it for a week or two there was nothing much left to do in the game, so I deleted it from my Hardrive and left it on my shelf to collect dust, its a good dust collector :)

instances are limiting, but this game is free so who cares.

Guild Wars is made of dumb and stupid in heavy amounts, the vague qualities it had bled out within the first three months of play, and then the supposed infinite viability of skills boiled down to people playing entirely flavour of the month crap.

The game no longer took skill, it just took luck in having a counter build to a counter build to whatever the freakin' first counter build was.

PvE was a fat pile of lies too.

Leviathon was a scary boss x_x it had like 5 or six parts of it you had to kill.


a person in my guild uses a 55 build (or as he says 25 specially modified) to farm, I was like... "how the heck are you living on 25 hp o_o *-* amazing" and then the mob of about 12 minotoar thingy died.

I "play" I bought it whilst at uni but it lagged like mad on my laptop so it collected dust there, and it's now collecting dust here too n the shelf above the monitor, I wille ventually play again, maybe now, on the note of Guilds I was in one, but it dissolved.

Edit: Lol, 1400 files to patch.
