choas: Read the article, then speak.

Trowa: My sister told me to read this. In all honesty, it changed the way I eat. Oh well... *sits and stares and sits and stares*

TRUMPET THIEF IS BACK! <333333!

Edit: That's too long for me to read, when in reality I know I won't change any eating habits based on it.

chaos: C'mon milfy, give it a shot. I thought the same thing, and I am extremely stubborn, but you'll be surprised how bad this stuff is.

"However, when Tintera dared to suggest in a magazine of general circulation that "it is ridiculous to talk of kinds of allergies when there is only one kind, which is adrenal glands impaired...by sugar", he could no longer be ignored. The allergists had a great racket going for themselves. Allergic souls had been entertaining each other for years with tall tales of exotic allergies-everything from horse feathers to lobster tails. Along comes someone who says none of this matters: take them off sugar and keep them off it."

That's just retarded.

Two of my sisters have noticed they get sick less often when they cut sugar out of their diet.

Wow, I'm shocked, Trumpet Thief! And I can't read that, but I do like sugar. ;__; I have quite a sweet tooth.

Ah, good. Our Trumpet Thief jokes were starting to become irrelevant. Miriel didn't even know whom we were talking about at the wedding.

Well, there was no one to celebrate with in the Lounge when DX returned...so welcome back.

And my eating habits will never change due to an article.

I probably eat more sugar than most, yet I'm almost never sick, and my health is perfectly fine. Except i'm a bit big, but that's because I'm a slacker when it comes to my workouts <,<. When I do work out as much as I should, I actually lose weight even though I eat lots of sugar.

So no, I won't change my eating habits because of this article.

I generally don't pay attention to these sorts of articles, since I'm rather healthy in spite of my crappy diet. Plus, I didn't see anything in that particular piece that I found convincing.

Hello again, Trumpet Thief. :)
