How do you make this item? Can you get it on disk 4 by a monster or card? I don't have Med level up somehow and I'm just wanting to get doom train.

This has been gone over before, and I think the outcome was that Alexander's Med-LV Up ability is the only way to get them. You'll have another chance at getting Alexander in disc 4, but the end is so near by then that it's almost pointless getting Doomtrain.

Dang. I got alex but he didn't learn the abillity. Trust me I didn't forget to keep the refine stuff just for this. So I guess there's no way I can get doomtrain now? Is there any experts on rare items?

if your sick of ultimecias castle and want to level up gfs abilities on disc4 go back to the castle entrance on that huge chain you should find 3 doors push X to jump over to one ..one of them will land you in grandidi forest where you can get a chocobo so you can get to the ragnarok and the CC group will be there..you wont be able to enter towns but Cactuar island works well learn Alexanders Med Lv up there...
