In the third CD of the game, we know that Ultimecia is using a machine, created by Odine, to possess the sorceresses in the past. But when we are in her castle, i don't remember of seeing this machine in any place.
So, where is it?

She safely tucked it away in her undergarments.

It is not foretold in the game.

There is not a JME at her castle because she never possessed anyone.
Though her castle is a time machine operated by the clock tower(that is not JME because an emitter don´t work that way).
Her castle is in fact Balamb Garden on a further past.

Ignore FE. He played an entirely different FF8 than the rest of us.

::bites your head off:: Mmmm.... caramel center...
In any case, there's no evidence that her castle is any particular garden, or even one of the ones we know of, or even a garden at all. So, saying it is or isn't Balamb is a bit of jumping the gun.

Ultimecia is originally from the future. It doesn't make any sense for her to move just because she's done time compression. There may be a few extra rooms in her house that she's never noticed before though :p

I absolutely love how you completely changed the direction of the thread with a single sentence. And I remember your whole theory about it too!
FE says Ulti's castle is a future version of Balamb Garden because of how it floats, and has a dark ring of smoke around it, representing the golden ring around the modern Balamb Garden. I'm sure he also made some connections with the bridge or something, and the headmaster's office, but I can't remember those. I vaguely remember the image, and I only slightly remember the reasoning, but it was never a very good one. =\
However, I still liked the theory, because it was fun.
The layout wouldn't work out very well, though. Balamb Garden's layout is not even close to Ulti's castle's layout.
Back to JME: If you look really closely at the first form of Ulti, you'll see the JME tucked in the side of her panties. You'll know, because the tag says "JME™-Odine Works".

And to think to this day that the chair in which she his seated was the actual machine.

That is why it says it was remodelled.Duh.

FE, drop it. That has no bearing at all on the topic at hand.
Anyway, how do you know that we never saw JME? We have no idea what JME looks like. It could be the organ, it could be the entire room we fight her in at the end. It could be anything in the castle. It could be outside the castle. It could be somewhere in the last room that we can't see because we can't fully explore it. Basically, there isn't enough information to form any conclusive theory on the matter.

If there is a JME there,Square would show it and hint at it.
Up to now I only find the higher version of JME on the future (not Ulti´s time) and the lower version on Galbadia.

Why would they? JME is, and has always been, of negligible importance. It is a tool, nothing more. Ultimecia is the important thing. She is the driving force. Even had JME never been constructed, she wouldn't have been stopped. Such evil, with such a strong will, is not so easily denied. Ultimecia was the important thing, so she was what was shown. Hell, even if JME was so important, why show it when they reach the future? Ulti had already started Time Compression. Destroying the machine was unlikely to stop it, since Ulti was still around using her magic to continue the process.

it makes enough sense for balamd garden to be ultimecias castle what with all ultimecias hate for the SeeDs but theres no real solid proof so lets drop it. i think sky's explained it nicely unless people have other ideas.

I have questioned this till I was chased by angry fan-boys and FFVIII Anti-Therorist mobs when I posted this...
I don't believe there is a machine, but if there is, the closest I've seen to it is the GF: Eden, The Time Machine...
