okay.. so i read the page up there about the info on this but im wondering.. how long did it take you guys to complete this? and is there like a "Strategy" on doing this? or an easy way? =[ I'm trying to beat the game 100% so... yeah

It took me a bit under two hours to get it, including all the times I failed. If I only count the 200 it took the last time, it took a little under 15 minutes, IIRC.

Well I’m not sure exactly but I’d say it took me about 30 minutes. I only messed up once at 60 something. It’s much easier to pause and take a break every 25 doges.

Is there even a way to find out if you have 100% in X?

nah not really but u sorta know

i would say having beaten penance and nemesis would get you 100%

it only took me 10 minutes. the best place is on the little path in the north leading to the south that goes straight there i.e not to the agency. there the flashes happen frequently

mmkay well im standing in the north im not getting alot of lightning flashes

There is a technique you can use to controll the thunder, not literally, however, you are able to set off a trigger so that the thunder will begin to strike faster. Click Here (http://youtube.com/watch?v=ZNLTLC6K6Pk) for a video.
