"We're missing something!"

What's Cloud talking about during the second disc in Junon?
Everytime I head for the Underwater Reactor, he suddenly stops and starts babbling about "missing something".
What on earth is he talking about? :confused:

I browswed my guide, and in the beginning of the Underwater Reactor section there's a part walking around Junon where it says "Note: Your characters will pause in the middle of the street. Cloud mentions that something seems missing. What is it? The Junon canon!" So unless you're unable to advance, I assume that's what you're talking about :]

I think you need to go to Junon airport and witness the plane taking off with the huge materia before you can carry on down to the underwater reactor.

Cloud just noted something was missing and I went ahead.

yeah it was the sister ray, it shows up later in Midgar

lol I remember the first time I played through the game I didnt realise it was missing either until it turned up in Midgar later.

It was a real "ohhhhh now i get it" moment
