Calm Lands PR Campaigns

Ok, I've left it a little late to get 400+ points needed for the publicity and matchmaking (Im on chapter 5) is there any way to make the calm lands a hot spot relating to this subject?

Get to at least level five for one of the companies (400 points).

The Marriage sidequest will not make it a hotspot.

Yeah, I remember when I was on chapter 5 and Calm Lands wasn't a hotspot at first, but I made sure to get all the PR points I could in all the locations before the Calm Lands and surely enough it became a hotspot.

Although if you have gone everywhere else in Spira and still don't hae 400 points, I think you need to go to the calm lands and spend spend spend. At that point in the game I think it's 50 credits spent in the attractions gives one PR point, so lots and lots of Gil might be in order.

In Chapter 5 you can only get the 400 points if you get all the PR you can and get the lacking by losing the stupid little games in the Calm Lands. You spent some good 2 hours on it, but one time you get to the 400 and the place will become a hotspot.
