im stuck on ffVI where u fight vargas, i get to the part with sabin and it keeps saying i did pummel wrong!? when do u type in the butons HELP!!!

Move the pointer to Blitz.
Click the action button.
Insert technique.
Left Right Left in this case.
Then click the action button again.

This should work in most cases, unless the enemy is five naked chicks. In which case you need to turn off the playstation, then call me and tell me all about it over a six pack of beer.

Level up like hell before him then kick his ass is an easy solution but use the christmas guide, it's full of Hate it's so great!

does the game actually tell you how to do pummel? or do you have to guess or something because as far as i can see. the only way to know how to beat vargas is to ask someone who already ready knows how to do pummel. does the game at some point say how to do it?

Ok he'll hurt you bad or whatever your team mates will fly away

A. take a deep breathe
B. Concentrate and levitate away your stress.
C. Focus on your need to function
D. YOu have time just stay calm
E. Hit the buttons that it tells you to . Practice hitting them in battles if you die, even if you cant pummel in those battles even if you dont have sabin.

Let's re do this

A. CALM DOWN
B. READ WHAT IS SAYS
C. DO It.

No way! Keep all the tension you can. CAuse if you cannot do this you will FAIL. And FFVI is programmed to make your life fail if you fail at the game. (blame Bantam) NO FAILING. . IT IS BAD1

Just look at the screen, and just DO IT!

Use the force, neokeymaster. If you're in a jam just powerlevel and kick his ass so hard he'll be sent to hell and back, nothing is wrong with that.

Just remember to heal as he has 11,600 hit points so it takes a couple of minutes to defeat him.

Once you have control of Sabin, one Pummel will defeat Vargas. Just select Blitz, and press left, right, left, then press the action button.

If you're having trouble with Pummel, which is by far the easiest Blitz, then you are really going to have a hard time with his other ones.

Bantam, you don't have to take out all of Vargas's HP, just about 1400 and you win.

gyrus, I'm pretty sure there isn't a time limit for executing Blitzes.You just have to put it in right.
