I brush and listerine after every meal, when I wake up, and before I go to bed. Flossing is the devil though. Yay dental hygeine thread.

Every day I brush, floss and listerine once after I wake up and once before I go to bed. Sometimes I will do it in the middle of the day if I am feeling particularly dirty.

Anyway, I usually brush twice a day, morning and night. Flossing is a little hard at the moment thanks to braces, so I just brush the best I can.

I brush with my electrical toothbrush once a morning and once an evening. My dentist tells me that I have an overly active saliva gland (which I've learned to control so that I can spit like a cobra, but that's beside the fact) so I get a big build up of tartar on my lower teeth, and they tell me to floss, but in the 22 years of my existance, I have never flossed and I have never had a cavity!

My brushing twice a day and the odd Listerine before a date is all that is safise I guess.

I use Crest SUPER WHITENING. Like once a week.

My sister got her teeth bleached. Pretty interesting procedure, also expensive, but it got the job done.
