The only way you're going to get it back is by taking on the Card Club members on the Ragnarok on the 4th Disc.

To do so you'll need to complete the CC sidequest before the end of disc 3, else they won't be there. Play the Diamond twin on the left-hand side as she frequently plays Lv8-10 cards.

Getting all the cards in the game doesn't result in much other than a little yellow star of some sort. You don't have to have all the cards at once to acheive this only having owned them at a point

Yep, just beat all the CC members before disk 4 on Balamb Garden then on Ragnarok in Disc 4 they'll be there are and you get it of them
