How well will a ATI Radeon 9800 Pro 128MB graphics card with a AGP interface with Final Fantasy XI?

perhaps a little graphic lag here and there though.

If the rest of your system is on par with that card you can run Final Fantasy XI on maximum settings with no problems.

right ok, wat about this display chip coz I use the system thing with POL and well it keeps coming up as "unknown" so if i install this card, will I get that removed and replaced with something else or is it yet another upgrade I have to get and I've heard somethings so I have a Intel P4 not a amd or watever that thing is?
Thanks for your help so far.

What I mean is:

Ok I ain't got such a good computer atm, two years old but it's XP. Anyway, I was running POL_system thing and well it said the display chip is unknown so if I get install ATI card, will that go away or do I have to get something else alot with the other few items I've gotten? You know like nforce or something? or is that only with Amd things because I got a Intel.
This is really the first DISK MMORPG I've joined that has so much, I used to play something else but I got bored of it and I am a big fan of Final Fantasy and this is the next on my list. This game has so much and I want it and no I ain't getting another PC because I did that last week and that one caught fire and IT WAS FUCKING BRAND NEW.

My laptop is two years old and plays it decently. It's got almost the same card as you've got, except with only 64MB of RAM :(. With twice the RAM it should be no problem.

You should make sure the latest ATI drivers are installed in any case.
