Favourite to least favourite FF battle themes

Normal Battle
1.FF9: it's epic and it never gets repititve
2.FFX: long and coplex
3.FF8: pretty good
4.FF5
6.FF1
7.FF7
8.FF4
9.FF2
X.FF6: the last part was good but most of it is crap this is kinda sad considering the fact that this game has my favourite soundtrack

Boss battle
1.FF6: best damn peice of music
2.FF7
3.FF3

Special Boss
1.FF5: Gilgamesh battle FTW
2.FF9: your not alone
3.FFX: last battle with seymore

Final battle
1.FF6: 4 tiers and very epic
2.FFX: Otherworld very nice
3.FF7: but I prefer the KH2 version

Ive only played 7,8,9 and 10 but:

Normal Battle
1. FFVIII-love the tune
2. FFVII-never got annoying
3. FFIX- good at first, but got a bit annoying
4. FFX-same as FFIX

Boss Battle
1. FFiX- dramatic
2. FFVII
3. FFX
4. FFVIII

Other battle
1. The fightin during 'your not alone'- FFIx
2. Final Battle with kuja- FFIX
3. Final Boss in FFX

Normal Battle
1.FF10 - The intro of the song is just incredible. WHen the battle is initiated, and then it plays.
2.FF8 - Same case here, the intro is very nice.
3.FF7 - Quite good, a little repetitive and slow at times
4.FF9 - Doesnt have a very battilish feeling
6.FF10-2 - Quite funky, but lacks FF feel
7.FF6 - Midi like noise doesnt work for me


Boss battle
1.FF10- Terrific
2.FF7- Very, very nice.
3.FF6 - A fair amount better than the battle theme

Special Boss
1.FF9:Hunters chance - Pawns all
2.FF7: J-E-N-O-V-A: One of the most unique songs in the whole series
3.FFX:Attack! - I beleive thats when you vs Sin on the airship.

Final battle
1.FF7: It wins by default, as there arent that many good Final battle themes
2.FF8:
3.FF10:

FFX: Never get bored of it.
FFVII: Love it.
FFV: It's just like Tales of Phantasia battle theme!
FFIX: Old style!
FFVI: Normal and okay.
FFX-2: Sucked.

Boss Battle:
FFIX: True Boss Battle Theme.
FFVI: Legend! I like it so much!
FFX: Good.
FFVII: Okay.
FFX-2: Sucked.

Special Battle: Top 3
FFVII: J-E-N-O-V-A rocked!
FFX: Challenge. Perfect!
FFVI: Dancing Mad. Okay.

Final Battle:
FFIX: Awesome. Both Dark Messenger and Necron's Theme rocked.
FFX: Otherworld pwned!
FFVII: One Winged Angel. Good.
FFX-2: Sucked.
