http://forums.eyesonff.com/showthread.php?t=89378
if she was allowed to do that, i guess i am allowed to do it too. :)
here's a simple tut to get a sig with rounded edges, hope it is a good one:

C&C are welcome, and I'd like to know if it needs any more detailing.
Thanks alot.

Cool I've always wanted to make a sig like that :D I shall try it sometime! The tutorial seems pretty straight forward, it looks like theres enough detail, very good Owen! I shall show you my results when I get round to making one like this :p

Another way is on your first layer take the rounded rectangle tool and make the box, and then on each layer after it create a clipping mask.

I didn't try this before, but the way I posted is fairly easy once you get used to it. I have doing it for a while now, my hand automatically do the job now without even thinking. :p

Oops, i forgot about printscreen, silly me. thanks Zeldy.

Duh, she made a tut in the photoshop help thread, it was for rounded edges too, but I forgot, that's why I apologised.
Now, back on topic.

The font should be more simple and easy to read, the images that help illustrate the progress of the tutorial should be redone to help be more clear, and less jargon (i.e., tutorial rather than "tut").

The steps seem clear enough, once you decipher the text. Cheers.

Some screenshots are really blurry too.

Right. Well, I can't really understand what you're saying sometimes.

Thanks for notifying me, I'll try to work better on my next tutorial.

Probably because I am stupid.

Pfft, whatever dude. Im sure you knew.

I hope you know about Print Screen though. It works better that way. No blurry pictures. And use a clearer font next time.

Yeah, due to my extensive use of sprites in Photoshop, Paint is an invaluable tool.

Also, in Paint, you don't have the transparent blending on the edges, so the edge ought to come out smaller. It really does look nicer.

Oh, I didn't say I didn't know, i said I forgot, and the way I did the rounded edges are far different from yours. I am just trying to help, you know?.
I guess, I stole again, didn't I?.

anyway, here's a corrected version, I hope this is clearer, but it should be saved and zoomed in to be more readable:

This means I was right, and you were angry.
Alright, I don't think I would make anymore tuts, in case they annoy anyone, and help me earn the thief reputation.
I never knew things would turn out like this, it seems everything I do is either stolen or unworthy, I am sorry.
and I am sorry for getting out of topic, I hope this wont happen again.
