I wonder, i've heard people are trying to do this.....

I hear some people are drinking V8 Splash, and only that, for days at a time. It's supposed to be healthy enough for you to lose weight fast, but it get's too unhealthy to do it for more than two months at a time.

So basicly, people have it for breakfast, lunch, and supper and NOTHING else, for two month's straight.

Could you do it?? I am going to try it. I could lose about...oh, 50 pounds xD

Can you even do this? or would you starve to death?

That's a baaaaad idea. You're still going to need some food in your stomach. If anything, just eat something light and filling and consume copious amounts of V8 Splash for the vitamins and nutrients.

Mmm... I love V8. Not V9 splash though. Ew.

It wouldn't have enough protien though. Bad idea. Maybe if you had that and some lean meats it'd be good though.

People go on smoothie diets for a month, so I don't see why this shouldn't be feasible. It's not like you're only drinking water.

Well, it's best to eat a well-balenced meal and excercise enough and that''ll keep you fit... It works for me at least...

Sounds like the grapefruit diet (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grapefruit_diet) of the 1930's. I wouldn't suggest you do all that.

If you eat nothing for a whole month, and just drink, I doubt that your stomach would handle solid food too well when you have your first meal again.

I would never do such a thing. Why do you need to lose weight anyway? :-/

I'd do it just to see what happens. If you get too hungry then stop and eat a big steak meal or 12.

There are far better more enjoyable ways of losing weight than that. Surely if you lose the weight, you don't actually want to put it all back on again. Which is what will happen if you go on a diet like this, because when you're finished with it, you're back to eating as you did before, so the weight will come back. If you want to lose weight an keep it off, you need to have a diet which is healthy, an enjoyable, so you can eat like that permanently.

ok, here is what I know......

People only drink this and have no other meal, no solids, no nothing but this, for 2 months. It's only good to do it for two months because after a while you will not have enough protein to keep your immune system working up to speck. And then after those 2 months are up, people have to start working on slimmer meals, instead of going back to eating all the junk food and what not. and alot of excersise.

Note: This is NOT a healthy lifestyle to choose, you cannot do this for more than two months, or you will eventually die from not getting any protein, and whatever else a vegetable drink cannot give you.
