Okay. I downloaded some brushes, and now I have them in zip files. How do I get them from there to be usable in GIMP?

Unzip the folder, then copy the brushes into the GIMP brushes folder.
My Computer -> C: Drive -> Program Files -> GIMP-2.0 -> share -> gimp -> 2.0 -> brushes.
You need to have admin privileges for this to work.

Ah. I see. Easy enough. I never would have thought of that.

I spent 10 minutes this morning figuring it out.

Oh wow. That sucks. For you, not me. I didn't have to spend the time. So thanks for that. Hah. :p
Anyways, thanks again for the help. Is this how I would go about adding fonts and all that other stuff too?

I prefer putting brushes in my C: > Documents and Settings > (username) > .gimp-2.2 > brushes folder, but that's a preference :p At least that will work without admin rights, but will only add the brushes for your user and not everyone that uses the computer :p
For normal truetype fonts, I'd put them in the Windows Fonts folder instead in the Control Panel so all programs can use them :p For anything else, yeah, you can use similar steps as for brushes, but using the appropriate folder instead of the brushes one inside the gimp folder :p

Edit: I found it in the C: Drive under WINDOWS.
