ok, i have a problem with my computer, it automatically turns on and off, so does it have a virus or something? is it some type of setting?

Turning itself off is one thing, but turning itself on (assuming it's been off for a while)? Are you sure you actually mean it's restarting itself on it's own? :p
You could try right clicking My Computer > Properties > Advanced > Startup and Recovery Settings > Untick Automatically Restart, to see if it'll tell you anything useful when it does it :p

it shows:
time to display list of operating systems
then a time to display recover options when needed
do i change the times of those or what?

it hasnt been ticked at all
and my bad, the problem is that the computer just turns off by itself not turn off AND on

Phone lines seem more like a dialup connection problem.

Are there any error messages or beeps before it turns itself off? It might simply be overheating so turning itself off to protect itself.

My computer keeps recommending to buy Penis enlargement pills! I refused and it went and made the purchase without my knowledge!
