I was just wondering how long did it take you to beat this game? in hours.

On first playthrough, about 65-70 Hours. It would of been less, but I was stuck for 2 days finding the entrance to the Outer Continent.

I think my first game took me 36 hours. That's actually the time I've taken in a lot of FFs (FFVI, FFVIII, FFIX, FFX-2). On my second game, my last save is timed 70:00:00.

About 45 hours.....thats my average in most FF games.....doing the major sidequest and such usually takes that long. Thats with beating Ozma and getting all chocographs.

I'm on the start of the 3rd disc and i got 26 hours already.

Me & my brother invistigated that & what we found is

60 hours in this order:
Disk1=15
Disk2=15
Disk3=20
Disk4=10

P.S for master Vivi:Ther is no way you can beat the Disk1 with less then 9 hours.

lol there is a way to beat disc one in less then 9 hours... if it was impossible then the makers wouldn't have made the "exalibur 2 challenge"


and i never said i beat disc one in 9 hours... the only disc i remember completeing very fast was either disc 2 or 3 and i beat one of those discs in less then 3 hours. dont remember which one.

you open the tray during all fmvs to save time thats how. Oh and for my times I don't believe in doing a game half assed I have to have everything and I mean everything! so therefore I take about 400 hours on average. my VIII file though is over 500 (devouring for stats takes forever!)

No, some guy gives a walkthrough how to get to Hades in less than 12 hours, I forgot the link, but it's legit, personally, Steiner wasn't a character I cared enough to get the ultimate weapon for so I just enjoy playing through it.

I forgot the first time I finished, probably 40 hours or something, 48 hours with Ozma because by the time, I knew he existed, all characters were Level 99.
