What do you think of the Fantastic Four movie? I thought it was kind of boring I was hoping that it would be entertaining like the first Spider-Man movie. *Sigh* But I guess not all comic book movie adaptations can be great. It's like what this IGN DVD movie reviewer said about the James Bond movies. . ."For every Goldfinger there is a Moonraker."

Horrible movie, Ghost Rider will follow the same route.

What about Spider-Man 3 will that movie follow the same route? By the way did you guys play the Fantastic Four video game? That was the worst movie game I have ever played in my life!

[I]~I'm pretty sure Spiderman 3 will be just as good as it's prequels. It has the same director, pretty much the same stars, and venom. So no need to worry about this series going sour.(atleast not yet)

edit: one thing I forgot to mention though that kind of concerns me is this.
He will be playing Eddie Brockhttp://i89.photobucket.com/albums/k232/RiseToFall47/38m.jpg

It sucked, and should be consigned to a deep pit in the rainforests of Peru.

Me and my friend rented it along with Elektra once. We both agreed that we thought it was boring. There wasn't enough action in it and the "climax", was pretty anti-climatic. We actually liked Elektra more, which really indicates how boring it is.

Oh, Jessica Alba was hot, though.

Spider-Man 3 could still turn out to be a good movie Mark Hamill was a tv actor and Star Wars was still a good movie. Another thing I didn't like about the Fantastic Four movie is Johnny being a brunette instead of a blond and Ben being bald. It reminded me of that blond chick who played Batgirl in Batman & Robin she was either too stubborn or too lazy to dye her hair red and her acting was horrible too.

Alicia Silverstone's character was NOT Barbara Gordon, so she didn't have to have red hair. But the film sucked in general anyway.

And if you think the F4 film sucked, you should watch the new cartoon series.

o yeah...forgot...the movie sucked as a movie, but it did showcase a bit of the teamwork the group is famous for...at least...

Eddie really wasn't that big until he got the suit and started pumping iron to prepare for killing Spider-Man. Eddie in the Ultimate universe is also quite skinny. Fact is, they don't need Eddie Brock to be huge when the suit pretty much does all the work.

This movie stunk.

But what did they expect after gutting the dynamics that created the core of the series. The family relationships were necessary to the interaction between the main characters and Doom is supposed to be a totalitarist, dictator, noble, gentleman... with cool technology. Sounds like a diacotamy? It's not and they freaking emasculated the coolest villian in the freaking universe.

The Fantastic Four was alright. Not as bad as some people claim, and it was quite entertaining to watch, but it wasn't anything excellent. I like the F4 comics and the characters, so that makes me biased too. :p

I'm not particularly impressed by the directions Spider-Man 3 is taking. I never really liked Venom's character, I don't really care about Sandman and bringing the Green Goblin back isn't really creative at all. Finally, they decided to add Gwen Stacy to the mix. :nonono: Make Dr. Octopus return for no reason at all to completely mess up the movie.

I think I know the direction where Spider-Man 3 is going I think by the end of the movie Peter is going to break up with Mary-Jane and get together with Gwen Stacy. When Harry becomes the Green Goblin he's going to kill Gwen in Spider-Man 4 by hovering high over a bridge and tossing her from his glider. Spider-Man saves Gwen from her plunge but it's too late the shock of the fall already kill her. I believe Gwen Stacy dies in a manner similar to the one I just described in the Spider-Man comics. As for Dr. Octopuss returning I have no idea why he's in Spider-Man 3 but hopefully his apperance is brief. I never did like Dr. Octopuss. Venom isn't so bad in my opinion he's better than both the Green Goblin and Dr. Octopuss combined!:) By the way what did you think of that blind woman who was smitten with The Thing? I didn't like that woman her voice reminded me of Kreia from the second KOTOR.:mad2: In case you're wondering the reason why the director would make Peter break up with Mary-Jane is because Kristen Dunst ISN'T going to be in anymore Spider-Man movies after Spider-Man 3.

Yes, that's how Gwen dies in the comics. However, I don't think Sam Raimi will do it. The final battle in the original Spider-Man movie was pretty much taken from the story where Gwen died: Norman Osborn (the Green Goblin) dropped the love of Peter's life from the bridge, except Gwen was replaced by Mary Jane, and M.J. didn't die there. Then the Green Goblin died by being impaled by his own glider. That's why I don't think Raimi will make another scene like that only to kill off Gwen.

He's not returning. I meant it would totally ruin the third movie if they suddenly brought him back for no reason.

I had two problems with Alicia. First, she didn't look blind at all, and second, I remember Alicia being not only white, but also quite pale. As for the Spider-Man movies, I thought Sam Raimi had stated that he would only make three movies. Any possible sequels will probably be directed by other people, which has the risk of the sequels being like what "Batman Forever" and "Batman & Robin" were to the Batman franchise.
