ok heres the question i here alot lol and i dont know how to answer it :cry: (if i want my main to be PUP what starting job should i be):( how do i answer that

Mostly all the Puppetmasters I've seen have MNK as a sub.

So far i would think /MNK or /WAR would be better...the main reason why they /MNK is because it has Martial Arts which lowers their hand to hand delay, the reason for /WAR is for power ie: Berserk and Double Attack. I dont know too much about this job though..the main power seems to come from the automation, not you. So spend more gil on the automation.

/MNK till about 20. (or 30 if you like) then 20-30 DRG (Jump for added damage and TP gain, and attack bonus for more attack.) Then 30+ WAR all the way. Berserk is just more useful then any /MNK abilities. And 50+ double attack can not be beat by anything else period. (When you see your first quadruple attack as PUP and crit most of them, you'll be in Nirvana.)

But since your just starting my suggestion, get WAR to 18, get your sub job, then level MNK to 15, after that go back to WAR, and level it up to 30 (or 37 if you wanna get it set as a sub to 75) Then grab PUP (fairly easy quest, just need plenty of silent oils and powders to get through Caedarva Mire and Arrapago reef. Just watch out for the dang ticks that don't show up by normal means, thier name and ability to target only appear once you agro them. They like to hang out by tunnel entrances especially.)
