Well...I vote for Voyager. Because he's hotter...well, not really. But he could win. So, it's 2-2. Go Voyager. Best phrase to describe him is "No man, woman, child or fetus is safe" as he kills many individuals of each category.

Voyager, seeing as how he has the ability to bend human minds and wills to his own, an incredible amount of power, and the fact that he's immortal and cannot die unless his master allows it to happen.
