Anybody here in a band? Or... does anybody here want to be in a band? I'm sure we all thought about it at one point or another, right?

So I was curious. If you were in a band, where would you play? Would you be a drummer? Or a bass guitarist? Or the lead guitar? Or maybe even the lead singer?

Or if you are already in a band, what do you play? And how good are you? :) I'd just like to know and who knows!? Maybe some of you guys can form your own band just from getting to know each other on here! You can even have a 'groovy name'

What would you play as? I think I'd be a drummer because Joey Jordison of SlipKnot is my Idol. He is sooooo cool and I adore him. What about everyone else?

I'd be lead guitarist because guitar is what I do best. But not a shredding lead. I don't really enjoy writing music that shreds the guitar into pieces. Just others works. Not mine. I'm more into a solo that makes sense and is easy to listen to. Not something that makes you feel your guitar will pop.

I was asked to be in a band but mostly just to look cute and be on volcas which i thought was funny but i hated the person who asked me to join the band so i had to turn him down. Then i felt guilty becuase the band fell a part withought me.

My brother was in a band for years called laura palmer they named it after twin peeks. My brother even had some strange run ins with groupies to pretty funny.

You can record with this and send it to someone else and they can record over it. (http://audacity.sourceforge.net/) You can overdub to make it sound like two guitars playing when it's only really you doing another over it. And you can export them as mp3 files and put them on your mp3 players. It's pretty cool.
