:D Sorry, but I couldn't help making that title. What I didn't get in the movie is the whole part with the kiddies drinking the water in the forest, and then the weird thing with the eyes. What was up with that? What was the point? And what the heck is it with the eye thing? If anyone can clarify, please do so. For I am confuzzled

Kadaj stands in the water and convinces the kids to drink it, for some reason this makes them obey his will.

the water was magic and it turned black simply because Kadaj doesn't bathe.

Think about it.

Sephiroth was spreading his will into the Children in order to exploit their Reunion instinct so he could find Jenova and become whole. He was stretched thin, so it didn't quite work as well as he hoped.

First off, that's an awesome title. Secondly, the water was enchanted (I assumed my materia) and became a brainwashing water.

Because they had to do something with children at some point.

Actually, I had always had my questions about this topic too. This answer by Ryushikaze really helps. Thanks man.

Thank you! :D It took some time to come up with.

hey, thanks. That does clear things up.

But what was the point of controlling the children?

Because Sephiroth already the 'wonder brothers' (kadaj&co.):rolleyes2 to find Jenova so, why go to all the trouble with the kids? It doesn't make sense.

Because the wonder triplets, as Shinentai- Will Made Form- had the desire for reunion, but not the instinct (or perhaps sense would be a better word), since they had no Jenova Cells of their own. Hence, they used the children with Geostigma to get an -admittedly imperfect- reunion instinct. Controlling them was to make them obey Sephy's will and Follow the instinct.

I see. Strengthning the sensors, so to speak. OK. Thank you Ryushikaze, that really helped!
