The first glyph inside Sin

Okay, when I touched it, it said that 'ten fiends still seek eternal repose'.

So, how do I open up the glyph...and find the fiends that are looking for eternal repose?

It basically means go and defeat ten enemies.:)
They make it sound more mysterious than it actually is.

It's inside the City of the Dead. Some are off on a path from the main road, and it hides some kind of treasure. Some useful, some not. You must go through at least one of these in the City itself to continue through the game.

When it tells you ten fiends seek repose, know that it means ANY ten fiends, from lowly Besaid to Inside Sin.

I think there are either three or four (I'm leaning towards three), one mandatory, the others optional.

I think she means the glyph in the City of Dying Dreams inside Sin. The glyph is on the right, a little near the entrance. If you examine the glyph, it says 'Ten fiends seek eternal repose.'
