Hello, I am Kyle Lambert, AKA Klace. And I have chosen this forum, Eyes on Final Fantasy, to be the home of our first large scale project, "Square Symphony" I have been watching this site for a very long time and I have seen it to be one of the largest Final Fantasy Communities out there, and that is why I chose this place to be the base of operations for the Square Symphony.

I am asking for Monetary donations as well, as this project is in no way cheap, and costs lots of money, But it is worth the time and work put into the project, Ways to donate through paypal are in this post, just look for them.

What songs will be on the soundtrack?:
About 20 a release, and we will have many Square Symphony Soundtrack

Why do this?:
It's an Hommage and Tribute.

Where do I hear the songs?:
Links to all the songs are in this topic, and hosted on New Wav's Secondary Webspace, For easy access and Downloading.

Where can I donate?:
We accept donations through paypal, and Donations are Paramount to the project and Must be given in order to complete the project.

How's the Quality of the songs?:
We have our own Orchestra, so the songs will be played by
real instruments, and will sound Incredible in Quality.

Those are what will be the Frequently Asked Questions.
Now onto the music and donation information.

Please don't take this as an offence, but was the version of Aerith's Theme you linked to us an early recording or did you use a synthesizer, because the piano, the strings ensemble and the pizzicato strings sound amazingly synthesized? Out of curiosity, are you going to include a live choir for One-Winged Angel?

Their All real instruments played in a Concert Hall. I don't know why you'd think their synthesised. We do lose some Quality because this is just a recording, but It's all real.
And for One Winged Angel, If we can Manage, we'll have Choirs.

Well, Thanks for all the feedback, I have some Good news, and some Bad News.......Here Goes....

Good News:
Another Song! Piano performance of "Highwind Takes to the Skies"!
Yet another great addition to our Growing Library.

Bad News:
I am going to have to start a thing where I won't release anymore
songs till I get a target donation, Because I'm way low on the money here, so low, that without donations, I'm afraid the project won't be able to continue, I may have to do something like that.....
So donate what you can please.

And sorry for the Not so good Quality on Highwind Takes to the Skies, I'll re-record it if necessary.
I really don't want this project to be a remnant of what could have been, so get all your friends to donate to our cause.

Oh, and Above Poster, Roto.
I was gonna hold out longer, but I'll announce now, The Next project will be Another FF One.
And I'm leaning towards FF6, So stay tuned :P

Well it seems like lots of people want me to do non FF7 Songs, Maybe I'll switch to a Final Fantasy Symphony in General. Or even a Square Symphony, Now that would be great.

Thanks! We're glad you like it!

Edit: Added the Final Fantasy 7 Theme Composed on Piano by Yours Truly.
Enjoy.
You didn't compose it. Nobuo Uematsu did. You only performed it, and perhaps arranged it. :p

Good luck with this thing anyway.

I think he meant arranged.

I just got a piano recently. Perhaps I can help? I need to learn some tunes anyway.

(Oh yeah, a Final Fantasy symphony would be awesome. It would be awesome if this wans't restricted to just FF7)

Klace

Okay, I don't want this to be restricted to just Final Fantasy, I'll do all Square Games, so I don't leave out anyones favorite song, If you want a song done, PM Me and Donate some money and I'll get some out of the way faster, sorry to do that though.

I added alot more songs from Square Games:

Another Arni Village - Chrono Cross
Battle One - Chrono Trigger (Uses our Choir!)
Chrono Trigger - Chrono Trigger
The Trial - Chrono Trigger
Millenial Fair - Chrono Trigger
Cid's Theme - Final Fantasy 7

Could someone get a Mod to change the Title to Square Symphony, I'm a little new here.

The new songs sound pretty good. I especially like hearing orchestrated songs. You may want to include some more instruments if you can, though. Some songs, such as CT's Main theme song, almost had moments of silence at times because there weren't that many instruments playing in the song.
