I want to get to know my heritage and ancestry a little better but I can't find a good site where I can look up my last name and find originations and such. Anybody can help? I would really apreciate it. Honestly.

At your local library, if your relatives are from nearby, they may have a geneology section where you can go through census records and stuff; you might have to spend a few hours on microfilm readers though xD
