Every time I go in to the house where you get Aeris last limit break after you get the Mythrill the man isn't there so what do I have to do to get him to be there?

Okay i went after I got the keystone but i opened the small box like it said but i got a gold amlet what's with that?

The small box upstairs contains the limit manual. The large box downstairs contains a Gold Armlet. Looks like you'll need to get yourself another piece of Mythril.
