After I have thumbed around with the snooze button on the alarm for an hour or so, I usually go to the bathroom to shower, etc.

Ahem...I wake up. Turn off the alarm. Go back to sleep, then wake up an hour later. The second time I wake up, I force myself out of bed by literally chucking myself off and tumbling to the ground. I then shower, and get partially dressed. When I have time I have breakfast and a nice cuppa tea. If I don't, I don't. Next is teeth brushing time. Finally I put on the rest of my clothes, do my hair, and leave.

That's what I usually do before going to sleep. Probably not a good way to fall asleep after working myself up, but oh well.

As for the morning: Hit Alarm, fall back asleep for another hour, bathroom and shower, usually skip breakfast most days, then do whatever I gotta do that day.
