Does anyone else get this?

I just recieved a PM (not mentioning any names) asking me to join a forum. This wouldn't normally be a problem, except this isn't the first time it's happened. The user only joined today and hasn't posted. To make matters worse, they have chosen not to recieve PM's.
Does anyone else receive mail like this, or is it just me?

If they can receive PM's, I usually try to talk to them. I ask them about philosophy, and debate theories on different scientific mechanics.

I got a couple, but they're banned now so there's no ongoing saga of malicious PM's for me if I don't join

I reply back with the "Busta Code". Formed it as my own little Constitutional doctrine about 4 years ago when I first joined an FF forum. States my objection to joining forums when someone PM advertises, and all that jazzy junk in it.
