63ish

Second time:
99

Third:
70 something

I think my characters were all on level 54-56 when I beat the game. I was using Gunner, Alchemist and Dark Knight.

I'm pretty sure it was either 39 or 45, with a Dark Knight x2 - Alchemist combo.

about 60 -65 , its not really that important to level up you can still beat vegangun about level 35
