i heard there is a guy in the gold saucer in some hut behind the ropecar thing that sells you GP, im trying to get clouds limit break so im trying to get a ton of gp, but hes NEVER there, hwo do u get him to be there?

He's not in a hut. He appears right at the very top of the outside area of the Gold Saucer (the screen where you can buy tickets)

He's hard to see so you might miss him, but keep entering the Saucer and exiting it, and eventually he will be there.

like when you say entering and exiting the saucer, do u mean like talk to the ropeway car back and forth, or just enter and exit the actual door??

Both of them work, although I meant the actual door, because it's much quicker.
