Backwards curry - home recipe baby.

Needed:
Wok.
Rogan Josh/Madras curry paste (Patak's are obviously the best)
Cooking oil.
Chicken.
Onions.
Rice.

Put 1 average cup of rice into a microwavable bowl. Microwave it on full power for 30secs-1min. Boil the kettle. Pour 1 3/4 average cup into rice bowl, then microwave on full. When water starts to bubble to lid, turn microwave to half power and leave for 20 minutes.

Cut chicken into 1inch cubes (ish). Put oil and half jar curry paste into wok. Stir around a bit, then add chicken. Stir more. After about 10-15mins, add an onion or two cut into strips. Leave till rice is finished, occasionally checking that the chicken isn't sticking. When rice is done, serve.

Serves: Quite a few.
