Who else here adores this game? I really love it. It's so freakin' fun.

Discuss.

It's really great. I was actually playing the GBA remake the other day.

The claw machine minigame music will never fail to bring a smile to my face.

With tons of large levels and abilities, it's an incredibly robust experience, especially considering how simplistic the first game was and that this was just the first sequel. It set the stage perfectly for Kirby Super Star, which took the goodness even further.

Yeah, I thought it was really good and excellent for a NES game.

Kirby has always been great. Especially way, way back on the NES. This games music is epic. I think it's on par with Megaman.

This is probably my favourite Kirby game of all. It's godlike.

That game is really awesome considering it was on the NES. It has so much side quests and mini-games. The music is also good.

I don't really think so. Marx (the main villain) totally killed the game. :(

Unlike Kirby's Dreamland 3. :D It's so awesome how the main villain is this big huge eyeball that posesses things and annihilates things with "eye contact". I even made a sig with him in it.

Also, what were all your favorite power-ups?

I love the Sword, Tornado, and Fireball.

I don't really think so. Marx (the main villain) totally killed the game. :(Marx wasn't the main villain so much as he was the last villain. And I don't see how he could possibly negate all the advances that Super Star has over Adventure anyway.

This was the last great game for NES. What a proper sendoff for an awesome system

It was great for the NES, but if I remember correctly, wasn't it released after the SNES was released?

Yes, it was released in 1993 and was one of the last games Nintendo released for the NES. That's why the graphics are of such high quality.

Similarly, Kirby's Dream Land 3 was released in 1997 and was the last game Nintendo released for the SNES.

I always liked Kirby's Dream Land 3 over Kirby Super Star. I never dug the partnering system.

Kirdby always sucked, but we all enjoyed it immensely...

This was one of the games that I grew up with, and as such, I hold it dear both for its nostalgic properties and awesome gameplay and graphics.

Me too. :D I'm glad I'm not alone.

I also liked how the graphics in Kirby's Dreamland 3 are drawn. Also the controls for both players are more similar than in Kirby Superstar.
