How do you make your photos?

I was just wondering.........

How do you get your name on your signatures that you made? How do you change your signature's colors? How do you make your signatures have various pictures in them like a cologe?

And not for just signatures, any picture that you do. I want to make pictures of my own and what not.

I use paint by compiling a bunch of pictures for my theme and there you go. I think they look better than most Photoshop signatures. Most of those signatures look like a screen shot from a grainy PS1 game.
