When you know it ahead of time it's ridiculously obvious, but I don't know many people who figured it out themselves the first time around.

Anyway, the movie, as a representation of the book, is extremely well done IMO. Whether you like the book/story is another question. It's a good children's introduction to fantasy perhaps, but it's not particularly engrossing for someone who's more familiar with more complex, original works of fantasy.

I've read the books "The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe" and "Prince Caspian", though it's probably been over 10 years, so I can't remember too much about the books. I've watched the movie "The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe", and I thought it was excellent. It was LotR-style in a way, but I still found it enjoyable, with some nice characters and a good message. :)

The movie was nice, but nothing extremely special. The books are way better in my opinion.

I've read the books and enjoyed them. Good storys that everyone shoulf read at some point.

I've got all the books. I really do have to read them. I'll get round to it some day. :D I've read a few, and they rocked, I really enjoy them. :D

I agree the books are far better than the movie but i still love the movie!!!!!!
They are quite confusing at times but.........well thats just the way they are!!!!!:moomba:

I've only watched the movie, and though I thought it was wonderful. I think I'm quite a bit over the age limit for who it was intended for.

I enjoyed Narnia when I first read it in 3rd grade. It's a fun series and a good introduction to other fantasy works. But I hardly remember most of it, it's been so long.

I agree the music was great!!!!!!!!Beautiful i have the cd and i love where by Libeth Scott its short but beautiful!!!!!!!
