Working at a computer game shop. Ive always wanted to work at one, then when I get the chance, they take the mick. I was doing 90% of the work, whilst 8 members of staff stayed behind the counter, most of them doing nothing! We only had 3 tills.

Mickey Dee's

They say their meat is 100% pure beef.
Essentially they aren't lying.
The only problem is... is that the company who supplies the meat is -CALLED- "100% Pure Beef" but if you look at the ingrediants its a good 30 items none of which are known to man.

I remember also, the souls of my shoes had holes in them by the time I quit (something like 6 mo. later) because all the salt and grease on the floor ate through the rubber.
(they should put that on their boxes as public service announcement)

I remember all the gross things I did to customers' food...
The worst part?
I still eat there.

I haven't had too many bad jobs but more or less /xxx.gif/xxx.gif/xxx.gif/xxx.gifty people :p. When I worked for Thermal Dynamics running the machine tools to make the tourch parts, I had to run the hardest machine in the entire building. Men who had worked there for 20 years wouldn't run it. Bot that sucked. I broke it a lot :p

Definitely when I was 15 years old working at the local supermarket. They have some sort of thing called a "school worker plan" where they only pay you lie $4 an hour to work there, which is way under minimum wage. Not to mention the fact that they worked people getting this pay more than those getting minimum wage....I worked 8-5 on saturday/sunday....

Oh well, I tried it out.....

..for 2 weeks and promptly quit.

Dairy Queen. Fast food + idiotic management + management hates me, and people in general = crappy job.

Working at my Uncle's nursary for $100/week. The hours were 9-5 and I did the bulk of the work, ontop of that I sometimes helped him run his landscaping business.

Flat-pack furniture factory. I had to put furniture into boxes. Unfortunately, I was the only male on the packing line, so I had to lift all the heavy stuff into the boxes. 8 hours a day of that is not fun.

I lasted three days, largely because I was having some big problems with relatively simple things... like moving and walking, nevermind lifting.

I've only had one job, so I guess that was the worst god damned job I ever had. I was managing a store part time and mainly evening shifts. The job itself wasn't all that, especially the working hours and paycheck, but my work-buddies were awesome and made me stick to that job for 2 frickin' years. That's time I could've spent on EoFF, for gawds seik. :(

Hmm, I had a cleaning job... or actually I just had it one day, because I hated it, so I quit. Maybe it had something to do with the fact that I set of the alarm in the building I was cleaning, he he. Luckily I wasn't fired, I just hated it.

My worst job was when I volunteered to do filing at my dad's office for a few days over half term. Half of the sheets were in German and half of them were unreadable. Even the guys there had been putting it off for 3 months. Only good thing was I got £5 an hour.

Doing housework for a couple of Aristocrats not too far from here. They were nice at first, but then became terribly rude and started insulting me every time they walked by because they overheard that I am not a native. I quit shortly after that, even though my parents didn't want me to, because they did pay me very well, and my father thought if I stuck with it long enough they may of offered me a career in their business, but I wouldn't of wanted to continue working for someone like that.

I worked in a bog when I was a movie extra.

That was the worst job ever. They treated the extras like crap. Half of us quit after the first day. It was all stuff that could have been prevented with some warning, like maybe telling us we would have been standing in a bog, so put plastic bags in the little booties they made us wear.

When i worked at the Cineplex. I would get schedueled to go in at 3 in the afternoon my shift would be schedueled to end at 12 am, but was usually there till 2am having to clean. You had to stand the whole shift, there was two 15 minute breaks (if it was busy we never got these breaks), and the tills would crash every 30 minutes which resulted in angry customers shouting at you. The only good thing about this job is i got to see a lot of free movies.

I've had two, one is working at Kohl's... retail is horrible, especially retail that gets 99% of it's buisness from stay at home mom's and the elderly. I loath children and the elderly...

The second was working for a rundown movie theatre, I have so many horrible stories that you would start to believe I was making it all up (like the midget I worked with who had to take medication so she wouldn't start going on about how she was Jesus Christ, or the guy who got "possessed" by a demon and broke down into a sobbing mess in the middle of a shift, or the homeless voodoo lady who would perform ceremonies in our theatres, or the fact that I lost a few good co-workers by having them escorted from the building by the police). But by all that is unholy in this world it was true, it all happened and that is why nothing fazes me any more, I've lost all hope in humanity cause I spent 4 years in that hell hole...

Moderating some final fantasy forum.

I've only had one real job. So it is my best and worst job ever.
It was mostly I made milkshakes and drinks and took and dispensed orders and money.
