Fist of the North Star (Spoilers)

Ok so iv just watched the Japanese version of Fist of the North Star and I have to admit I was a bit dissapointed with it. I watched the English version years ago and found it to be absolutely fantastic the voice actors were great and the dialogue was also great so here I thought to myself the Japanese version must be even better but I have to admit I had to force myself to watch the whole of it. they changed the ending in the english version so that Ken was defeted at the end of the movie by Roah and just when he was to strike the final blow Lynn called out to Roah and stopped him then Roah decided to be a good guy and said if Ken wanted to see him again then he was to visit him at their farthers grave etc. so im wondering what you thought of the two versions which was your fave? oh and why of corse.

I watched it all the way through, but I agree, it was a little to gorey to be truely enjoyable.
