It appears that Necron, Levels up as you characters level up too.
Can this be real?

I think that only applies to Sephiroth in FFVII. Necron's HP is pretty much set at around 55,000 everytime. I think he's tough enough at that lv, unless your at a very high lv.

necrons HP is always the same.

The only game that that concept occurs in is FFVIII.
