Today I am wearing green suede shoes with a dark pink shirt. I know if my friend sees me, she will comment on my lack of matching, but I don't care!

Do you have clothes you wear that other people find hideous but you love? What are they?!

Mogi

Yay you!

Yeah, eh... all of them.

People probably find some of my clothes hideous...I don't know. xD Today I'm wearing a bright pink (fuschia!) shirt and a grey top underneath and a pink and grey scarf to match. Though I think it's cute. I dunno maybe when I wear stripy socks and armwarmers and stuff people might think it looks funny..But I hate to look boring!

Blue t-shirt, green cargo pants, and black shoes with noticeable red laces.

I'm a walking fashion faux pas, but I don't care. <3

I just wear what I like. Everyone else's opinion doesn't really matter to me.

I don't recall someone saying that they thought my shirt e.g. was ugly or something, though. But of someone does they should just keep it to themself - nobody gets anything out of hearing/telling that a piece of clothing is ugly or something like that.

Probably my woolen hat which I wear every day to keep the hair out of my eyes. Scraggy, smells funny, doesn't suit my head shape, but it's the only hat that will fit me :p

I used to have some shorts that were tattered beyond belief but were uber comfortable. My fiance said they were too screwed up to wear and eventually threw them out. :lovers:

OMG GREEN AND PINK! I would wear green and pink combos all the time, if it weren't for the fact that I don't want to die.

Ive been told quite a few times by my cousin that I dont have anything really matching and I could care less. I'd wear a black bin bag if it was comfy!

Quindiana Jones

I have actually worn a black bin bag once...:(

Not so much my clothes, but more my makeup. My bright Pink eyeshadow isnt very popular, but I absoloutly adore it.

My skeleton gloves get "Oh god, not them again" responses.

Shouldn't the title be 'I don't care if I look bad'?

Of course not.

No, but I have a hairstyle that most people seem to dislike rather strongly.

Don't really care about what people say :( but most of the time if they don't the clothes they don't say it! Some people deslikes my hair cut now but whatever!

People actually try to make clothes "match"? Hah! I always wear blue jeans and a Tee-shirt. Now that it's winter, I'll often wear my jacket. It's a gold, brown, and white (school colors) windbreaker for the marching band. I only own one pair of shoes suitable for everyday use, and only own white socks. Yeah, plain and simple.

Shouldn't the title be 'I don't care if I look bad'?
Both are equally correct. Someone needs to read The Phantom Tollbooth. :D

I go through preppy phase and goth phase interchangeably.

I have this school shirt from my last school that I wear and people don't like it. Most people don't complain about the cloths I wear sometimes they ask where I get some of my cloths but the thing is I normally don't remember even byeing the shirt in the first place I wear whats ever is clean. have gotten tons of complants about the cloths I wear but the people who complain wear cloths that I don't like, I don't like it when people where skirts over pants ive got nothing against it but i wouldn't wear it.

No. All the clothes I have are solid colored because of the dress code at my old school. It sucked.

My clothes are black, dark blue, and gray. I don't like wearing colors.

I used to have green pants though. Those were some awesome pants. I wonder what ever happen to those pants...

I'm sure there have been instances where I'm dress horribly, but no ones verbalized about it yet. I think I'm more picky than most people, I hate not matching for some reason. But one of my closest friends has such wacky style, she's the worst at matching, she loves chaos, but it suits her. I'm jealous that I can't pull that off.

Jess
10-30-2006, 07:53 PM
No, not really. I have to match, or I feel strange. :jess:

I don't really rebel with a style. I don't care what i wear around the house or even going to college, as long as it's comfortable. When it comes to the weekend and i want to go out however, i dress up.

I've been told before that only I could pull of what I wear. I wonder if normally it looks odd but they happened to like it, or if everyone would agree?

I'll -pull of- what you wear.

Yamaneko

Considering I wear jeans almost every day, except for the odd khakis or cargo shorts, almost everything matches, I think. Most of my shirts I wear are either black, blue or red; the only colors a real man can wear.

fire_of_avalon
10-30-2006, 08:21 PM
Men can't wear green or grey or brown?

Yamaneko
10-30-2006, 08:26 PM
Green is fine. Brown and grey are kind of ugly, though.

Jowy
10-30-2006, 08:28 PM
We can, but we feel less masculine when doing so.

You're a walking KMart add.

Yamaneko
10-31-2006, 02:57 AM
I'm betting most people working at K-Mart can't add without the use of a register. Another failure of our education system I suppose.

fire_of_avalon
10-31-2006, 04:33 AM
People retain the knowledge of addition, but repeated use of a calculator type thing makes their brain less fast during addition. I know this because of working a cash register and going through a period where I could barely function without the aid of a calculator or scratch paper.

I wore my green shoes again today. And another pink shirt. I have too many pink things.

I think brown and grey are nice colors, mean old Yamaneko. :(
