Except if you want to do a good job, you need to use wood glue (I know someone that knew someone who did that once and his hair was supposedly hard as rock, so don't do this unless you intend to shave it all off afterward....if you can...)

I always love looking at the Cosplay pics, and not just to make fun of them. When you see a 30+ year old, unshaven bloke in a Tingle outfit, you know something's not quite right. When you see an adorable, 20+ year old Aeris (that looks pretty spot on), you know you've found the true meaning of Cosplay. xD

I think it's really, really cool that some people can create such accurate representations of a characters costume. Some of that is really hard.
