Im actually very happy and excited about this! Im a huge fan of Terry Pratchett's Discworld series and Im happy that its gotten a TV adapation. I have Soul Music and The Wryd Sisters animated movies and really enjoyed them.

I remember hearing the rumour that Mort was going to be made into a movie some years ago, but from the looks of it, that ideas been scrapped. Yes I can see myself watching this hopefully over the Christmas period. My only disappointment is that Christopher Lee wont be voicing Death this time like he did in Soul Music.

But lets hope its a Christmas cracker for us Discworld fans ^^
Thoughts?

Some nice casting there, but I'm a bit worried as Hogfather I felt was not one of my more favourite Discworld novels and not sure it'll work as a TV show. But what it does have is a great villain in Mister Teatime and I hope they do him justice at least.

Death is the only character thats animated as far as Im aware. The rest are real life cast.
