HOW DO I GET TO WHITEGATE!!!

aaaaahhhh!!!!! this is really annoying me, ive installed the expansion pack, and im talking to that dude in the tenshido but hes not giving me a third option, please tell me what am i doing wrong?

The third option is the blank space below the first two. That should help.

yea thats what ive bin told but it wont let me select a third option, thats the problem
