I was kinda dissapointed to see that bahamut isn't in ff12. I thought it was kind of cool that the new airships were named after previous summons, but how can they not include bahamut? the king of all dragons? What are your opinios about this?

He does at least get a name drop.
Sky Fortress Bahamut is the final dungeon of the game.
I found out I was pronouncing it wrong. My festive "Bah-ha-muuut" was much better.

I think all the summons in XII look pretty cool....but i'm really disappointed that there's no Bahamut or Ifrit...oh boy, they're ship names! Woop dee do -__- Oh well, its at least better than X-2 where you had to go around killing all the aeons, that was just plain stupid

Bahamut is the king of the dragons. And dragons are awesome. Naming an airship after him is fine and dandy, but controlling a dragon is just awesome.

The last boss is Bahamut. I has Mega-Flare, Tera-Flare and Bahamut head.

The last boss is Vayne - The Undying, he just has all of Bahamut technique. The final dungeon is Sky Fortress Bahamut.

Doesn't matter. If every Final Fantasy game is the same, i'll get bored with it. This new style of mixing up the Espers really has me pumped. It gets very boring and predictable that Bahamut will be one of the most powerful summons in the game and all that jazz.

i didnt say hea had to be the most powerful summon
(which he wasnt in almost all of the final fantasises), just a really sweet cameo.
And speaking of cameos, Cid looks gay.

Doc Cid or Al-Cid? I love the fact that two characters in the game are named Cid in some way. I also think Al-Cid looks pretty cool. "Superstah!"
Do you think you would have enjoyed an enemy Bahamut cameo?

I didn't say he was the most powerful summon either; I know that, I'm not new to the FF series. I said "one of".
What I'm saying is that I do not care that Bahamut was not included as a summon, or for that fact neither was Ifrit, Shiva, etc. So many people say that Final Fantasy will be doomed and die out soon because they aren;t original anymore. Now they go and add in Espers for the Zodiac signs, which all kick as in one way or another, and people are still bitch'n, while Square-Enix tries to mix things up a bit since we hadn't seen this since Tactics.
So yes, I already knew Bahamut was not the most powerful Esper in all of the games in the FF series and I love FFXII the way it is. Repetition is BORING and will eventually lead to killing the series. Change is good sometimes.

My bad
I just thought that Bahamut was like a trademark, like Cid or Chocobos or Cactuars

If you check out the clan primer I think it says something about Mateus having captured an Ice Goddess or something and using her. Could the Ice Goddess be Shiva?
