The name is Dragostea Din Tei. And the original version is the best.

I'm usually big on jumping on the "Only the Originals are Worth Anything!" bandwagon, but in the case of the Numa Numa song, I really couldn't care less. They're all funny, the ones I've seen.

Unfortunately, I have made no great effort to differentiate favorites, nor will I purposefully go out and hunt down adaptations.

But they're all fine. The Schoolgirl thing here is a bit long though.



EDIT: After a second look, I sensed that this could be a Chinese brainwashing video. I strongly urge that nobody watch this. It's got subliminal messages in it.

The title of the chinese one I posted, Bu Pa Bu Pa, translates to "Don't panic, don't panic" and it's about a girl overcoming a fear of cockroachs. Nothing subliminal there. Just really cute.

Although I suppose it could be subliminally telling Chinese students to break out of their oppressed state and... be happy.

I like the song, Romanian is a lovely language. The parodies I can live with or without, I'm fairly indifferent to them all.
