Espers license

I was wondering how you guys devided your espers.
I have assigned all my espers to my main 3 characters leaving the other three without any.

Are there actually people who devided them equally among the 6 characters? And how does it work out for you?

Belias and Mateus go to Ashe since they were Raithwall's servants.

Zalera and Cúchulainn go to Balthier. One is a humongous Grim Reaper clutching a blindfolded woman, and the other is a grinning monster of excess and decay. Awfully fitting companions of a pirate, we thought.

Adrammelech and Hashmal belong with Fran since they're both so overtly animalistic. A ram and a lion.

I'm still slightly conflicted about Famfrit and Shemhazai. I'd like to divide all the Espers evenly (two for each character, even if I don't use them), but Famf's huge cannon is reminiscent of a pirate ship, and Shem is a horse-lady. So they really belong with Balthier and Fran, respectively.

I was thinking I would spread them out most amongst the non-healers, but I have been struck that they are not as useful as Aeons (I am only at the Phon Coast, so that could change). I would like for every party member to have at least one for help with grinding, but I have yet to get to a boss where I thought 'oh, I need to summon an Esper here.'

Thirteen Espers? Everybody gets two, and Vaan gets three. That's as even as I can make it.

First Esper: Elemental Esper
Vaan - Famfrit - Vaan color is blue and Famfrit is blue.
Balthier - Hashmalim = Mr. Tough Guy with the leading man.
Fran - Mateus = Look at her last Quickening "Shatterheart".
Basch - Belias = Both of them is a tank and a gigas.
Ashe - Adrammelech = Look at her last Quickening "Maelstrom Bolt".
Penelo - Chaos = Penelo is cute with a strong Esper.

Second Esper: Chocolate Esper
Vaan - Ultima = Respect the main character plz.
Balthier - Exodus = ONLY Libranz CAN USE THIZ AND BALTHIER IS AN EXCEPTIONZ.
Fran - Zalera = Fran loves a ghost.
Basch - Cuchulainn = Cuchulainn is my :heart:
Ashe - Zeromus = Ashe is one of my favourite character and Zeromus_X is one of my favourite EoFFer here.
Penelo - Shumihaza = My Penelo like using Silenzesszz and is also a sorceress.

Zodiac is given to ME Vaan.
