It's a glitch, obviously. Notice that there is no title on Kentarou's post, despite the fact that this would usually be impossible as topics cannot be posted unless they are given one. Kentarou's post was presumably a reply to a thread which has been deleted and for some reason it remained behind.

Or at least that’s the answer a semi-intelligent human being would come up with by putting a whole 5 seconds of thought into it.
