Help: Finding ... belito *spoiler*

I am looking for the mark "A dark rumor" I can't find Belito anywhere.
Can anyone give me a hint where it is or where I can find them.

There is an area in the nam-yensa sandsea and the zertinan caverns "Canopy of clay" I can seam to reach. I suspect that area is connected to my hunt.

You have to enter the Zertinan Caverns through the Ogir-Yensa Sandsea, around the central junction. You'll go through a small path in the Caverns and end up in the isolated area in the Nam-Yensa Sandsea. Belito is at the end of ths area.
