What is considered a high level?

i've been leveling my butt of and well lets just say i have not had to much diffculty getting through, but jus out of curiousity what is considered a high level in which areas...
my current level is:
Basch level 44 almost 45
Fran level 42 almost 42
Balthier level 42
Vann level 40
Ashe level 40
Penelo level 40
p.s. im jus now getting to the Moshperian High-Waste...

Those are outstanding levels for that area, even better that you've balanced out the entire cast. :)
