Inspired by the title of the "Have you ever had too many friends?" Thread.

Have you ever had too many drinks?

And if so, what happened?

Do you think I'm talking about water, so you ended up having to pee a lot, and it was that clear piss that lets you know that you've detoxed naturally and completely?

Or are we talking about that time when you said, "I can shoot as much Jack as you can, and then drink another bottle!" And yet you can't talk much more about that night because we simply can't remember. All that remains is a positive pregnancy test, a broken rib, and the mystery of the missing $700.00.

Ah memories.

I don't drink, it depresses me. I do like to watch my friends get drunk though, although I'm the one who ends up dragging them out the road and keeping them quiet. Its always fun though.

I never drink too much, just a galss or two of juice at the meals but beyond that nothing else! :p

Only on a few occasions have I spent the night with my face in a bin.

I have drunk myself to oblivion several times. I happen to quite enjoy the feeling I get just 2 drinks from passing out on the floor, makes for very interesting mix of emotions, senses and stupidity. I like that style it allows me to get things done quicker.

I have also had alcohol poisoning, that meant a visit to the hospital. Never try to do a pub crawl around Camden Town when you haven't slept properly in weeks and eaten in 2 days...it gets rough.

If I drink too much I just forget a lot of what happens that evening, and have everybody reminding me the next day. :jess:

Once I drank too much coffee and could barely walk and started stuttering a bit, I hate to see what happens when I drink alcohol. :O And I drank too much of this cough syrupy stuff, that was interesting.

I tried to drink a gallon of chocolate milk in an hour and gave up after twenty minutes and 3/4ths of it being finished. I sat in the bathroom feeling sick for quite some time.

And there was one night that I drank entirely too Jagermeister and was less than gentlemenly to the company I was with. ^_^

Many many times, the only proof of my overdrinkingness has been a peculiar sick smell and towels on the floor.

I've had too much to drink of a lot of things, you can never drink too much water though :)

Coffee is another favorite, but my stomach can't handle much of it :(

I can't stand the taste of alcohol, so I only drink it mixed ^_^, but I don't think I have had too much of that.

I usually drink way too much, thus ending up being really, really drunk.. It's a lot of fun, though.

Oh God yes.....*shudders*

I have a black spot in my memory for a good 11 hours. I finished a bottle, then woke up in my bed, naked, with a giant gash in my left arm wondering where the hell my pants were.

Joke, joke, joke! :thumb:

Not very funny at all, but 'tis a joke none-the-less! :holmes: A bit like most of Devil Man's jokes ;__;

Anyhoo, Nah!

Devil Man doesn't drink at all. Maybe, like, two or three times a year, MAX, and only at special occasions, like Christmas, or New Year or maybe at my Birthday. And Devil Man drinks soft stuff, like red wine and only a few glasses at that! Never been hung-over! Whoop-de-doo

Yeah, I have.
As a matter of fact I did a couple of weeks ago... I promised myself to never do it again - at least not until next time.

In my opinion I've never drank too much, but others would argue that I drink too much every weekened. Sometimes weeknight. I take shots of tequila like crazy, but I always remember everything, and don't get hung over. Last Thursday resulted in crashing a go-kart into a wall at way too fast speeds (it wasn'y hurt, but I sorta was), cramming far too many people into a taxi than was legally and almost physically possible, getting lost in Frankfurt, getting found in Frankfurt, sleeping past my train stop twice, having a nice visit to the police station, more crazy train adventures as well as train station hilarity, and strolling through my post's front gate at 10 AM the next day with the four other guys who all had very similar adventures, still wasted.

lol, im too young too, but my mum normally lets me have a "sip" of wine, but i normally take more than just a damned sip so i go extremely red like rudolphs nose, and ask what the vol was, very high damnits, and the other night i had a glass of white wine i think it was, and i thought i was pretty drunk, or hyper at the thought of it, and started to giggle uncontrolably

I've only ever had too much once, but that was partly because I ate food all night long, did an Irish carbomb, then tried rode in a car for nearly and hour through the mountains. Then I threw up and it was horrible. I was told it looked like beefaroni. I have never, ever eaten beefaroni.

I really really try hard not to drink too much but my lack of alcohol tolerance keeps catching me out. I blame this on the reason why I keep waking up with road signs and no idea how they made it to my flat.

Non alcohol wise drank an entire jug of lassi and ended up sprawled on the bathroom floor of the resturant. Honest to God I thought I was going to die.

Too much to drink is when you wake up naked next to someone hideous in the morning, and that's never happened to me.

I'M NOT DRUNK!!!!1 I'M HUNK!!!! :jokey:

I guess I drank a bit too much on my former workplace's parties, but that's mainly because I enjoyed the company of my former coworkers so much. There were at least 4 coworkers that were in a worse condition than me, and it's all good as long as I'm not the main conversation subject the next day.

I usually stay on the level where I'm still having fun. Some times I get too much though. One time I was way too drunk and got the crazy idea of walking home (that's like 10 kilometers).

I don't remember much of it but I must've been lucky as hell not to get robbed or picked up by the police. I remember falling asleep on the sidewalk at least twice, one time I lost my cell phone (found it later) and the other time three girls woke me up and helped me a piece of the way. I don't think I was very polite to them though.

Twice.

First time was literally my first time, it was my first social clubbing event at age 17, endorsed and arranged by the school! The head of 6th form was quite adamant that we needed to learn to socialise 'properly' - which in the UK means drinking until you pass out and then learning the art of finding your way home. I only drank 6 pints (which is nothing to me nowadays) but I'd never drank much in one sitting before. You can guess the rest.

Second time, a staff outing on the last day before we went off for xmas, back in the day when the staff were actually friendly enough to each other to go out together. Some ass of a colleague thought it'd be a good idea to buy the newbie (me) lots of shorts, well I'd only ever drank beer en masse and had no idea how quickly you can get blitzed off shorts. Nor did I care - they were free.

Both times were very very messy, both times I vowed never to be in that state again. Second time was messy from both ends, if you catch my drift, and so on that occasion (with the hangover to kill all hangovers and some fun with a bucket of disinfectant) I *meant* my vow and just under 4 years later it's still going strong.

I can hold my liquor well. I've been inebriated many times, but never over-the-toilet drunk.

It's my sisters fault. She tries to get me drunk at every opportunity. And occasionally suceeds. I've never gotten out of control, but I've gotten somewhat drunk a few times. Most notably when my aformentioned sister talked me into a couple shots of Baccardi on an empty stomach. "Gee, is the celing supposed to spin like that?" I have also discovered that me+several shots of vodka+Monopoly is a bad combination. Fun times.

No, I drank 15 units at my first proper drinky party, bearing in mind that I have never had over a unit previously and I could stand/converse/move without effort, I felt no change and I assumed I wasn't actually drunk, which I still believe I wasn't. I had no hangover in the morning, but I did wake up on a two person fouton with eight other people - dont worry! There were there when I had fallen asleep and we were all fully clothed, pervert.

Simple answer, nah

I always drink too much. Green tea, soda, orange juice, and, because the holiday seasons are coming up, eggnog. I dehydrate myself like nobody's business and keep upset stomachs longer than old widow Retlier keeps those expired coupons for condensed milk.

I also tend to make sure that I am on my way to being decently smashed before stopping. I certainly cannot have one drink; I do not drink for the taste. I usually end up saying something that will have me shunned from human contact for a week, but that's the worst of it. I quit losing my pants after the first time. You learn.
